When you submit an iOS app to our directory, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal right to submit the app information
  • The information provided is accurate and complete
  • The app is genuinely open source or available for public access
  • The submission does not violate any third-party rights
  • The submission complies with our content guidelines

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any app submission at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of iOS Open Source Apps and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of iOS Open Source Apps.

5. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services, including GitHub repositories, App Store links, and other external resources that are not owned or controlled by iOS Open Source Apps.

6. Termination
